1. Service Scope
Domain Mail provides bundled digital business setup services that may include domain registration support, mailbox setup, landing webpage development, and WhatsApp integration support based on your selected package.
2. Customer Information
You must provide accurate business and contact details. For selected domain types, we may require additional identity or registration information (such as NIC or BR details) as required by registrar policies.
3. Domain Availability and Registration
Domain availability checks are subject to registrar systems and may change at any time. A domain is only considered confirmed once registration is successfully completed and acknowledged by the registrar.
4. Payments and Billing
Service activation begins after payment verification. Annual and monthly pricing is based on the selected package at the time of submission. Applicable discounts are applied according to the current offer and billing period.
No refunds for the cancelled service.
Price changes: We can change prices with 30 days email notice. If you don’t agree, cancel before next billing.
Late payment: Service suspends after 3 days overdue. Delete after 30 days. Reactivation Rs. 500.
5. Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery timelines are provided for guidance and may vary due to registrar processing, external dependencies, or missing customer information.
6. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for reviewing submitted details (domain spelling, mailbox names, and contact data) before submission. Corrections requested after setup may require additional processing time.
7. Support and Changes
Domain Mail will provide onboarding support for package setup. Feature requests or scope changes outside the selected package may be quoted separately.
8. Storage & Fair Use
Storage upgrades: Each +100MB costs Rs. 99/month, billed immediately.
No illegal files. Storing illegal, pirated, or adult content = instant termination, no refund.
Backup: You are responsible for your own email backups. We do server-level backups but can’t guarantee recovery of deleted emails.
9. Landing Page Scope
You get 1 template from our library. You provide logo, text, photos. We set it up once.
1 revision round only.
Landing page will hosting in the storage that you purchasing the mail package. No any extra storage allocation for the landing page.The landing page will be hosted within the storage allocated to your selected email package. No additional storage will be provided separately for the landing page.
10. Domains
Domains registered through us are billed annually. Full ownership of the domain remains with you. Renewal pricing is determined by the registrar and may vary.
If you don’t renew the domain, your email + site will stop working. We’re not responsible for expired domains.
11. Your Responsibilities
Keep your password safe. You’re responsible for all activity from your account.
Don’t send spam. 100+ emails/hour or spam complaints = suspension.
Give accurate info. Fake business names = termination.
Obey Sri Lanka law. No fraud, phishing, hate speech, copyright theft.
12. Limitation of Liability
Use of service is at your own risk. "Domain Mail" is not liable for any damages, lost business, emails not sent, etc. due to outages, hacks, or server issues.
Domain Mail is not liable for losses arising from third-party service interruptions, registrar policy changes, payment gateway downtime, or delays outside our operational control.
We can suspend service for maintenance with 12hr notice.
Maximum liability: Whatever you paid us in last 3 months. We’re not responsible for any losses.
13. Domain Pricing & Availability
No domain registration shall be deemed effective until the Registry accepts your application and activates your domain name registration or renewal. Submitting your application to the Registry, and the Registry accepting Fees for your application, by itself does not constitute a successfully registered application or renewal.
You acknowledge that the "Domain Mail" can never guarantee, and is in no way responsible, that the domain name you are applying for is not being applied for by another party or that there are no inaccuracies in the Registry’s or other databases, that the search availability results are correct, or that there are errors, omissions, or inaccuracies that occur during the registration or renewal process which affect the result of your registration or renewal application.
All domain name registrations are subject to availability and final confirmation by the domain registrar at the time of processing. While payment may be collected in advance to initiate the registration process, a domain is considered successfully registered only upon confirmation by the registrar.
Domain pricing is determined by the registrar at the time of registration and may vary based on the domain name and its availability. In some cases, the final price may differ from the initially displayed or quoted amount.
In the event of a price difference:
- The customer agrees to pay any additional amount required to proceed with the registration.
Alternatively, if the customer chooses not to proceed due to a price change, a full refund of the amount paid will be issued.
By placing an order and accepting these terms, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these conditions regarding domain availability and pricing adjustments.
14. Updates to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Updated terms become effective upon publication on this page.
